CORRESPONDENCE AND OFFER

If you are interested in our offer, we will be happy to send you holiday information by post or newsletter. If you do not want this, please let us know. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. All offers are non-binding recommendations. We do not guarantee the availability of the rooms or the correctness of the information. Your details will only be used by us and will be treated confidentially.

 

 

PRICES

All prices quoted are (unless otherwise stated) per person in euros. Individual prices per night or package prices for the duration of the package excluding tourist tax and overnight tax. Times according to the seasonal calendar. Errors excepted.

 

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

A booking is considered fixed after your reservation by phone, email or online form and a written or verbal confirmation from Hochberghaus GmbH. Your online booking with a credit card is also binding. You can pay for your stay on departure as follows: cash, EC card, VISA & Mastercard. The rooms are ready for occupancy from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival. We ask you to vacate the room by 11 a.m. on the day of departure. Pets are possible after prior registration and may be charged separately.

 

General cancellation conditions: It may happen that you cannot attend your booked stay with us or have to postpone it. In this case we ask you to let us know as soon as possible. We guarantee a free cancellation up to 2 weeks before arrival. For short-term cancellations (within 2 weeks before arrival) we unfortunately have to charge a cancellation fee:

 

• 70% of the arrangement price two to one week before arrival

• 90% of the package price within one week prior to arrival

• 90% of the arrangement price in the event of cancellation on the day of arrival or unannounced absence

 

In the case of a corona case, quarantine obligation or a state entry ban, no cancellation fee will be charged with a valid confirmation up to and including the day of arrival.

 

Vouchers only receive their validity after payment and can therefore only be redeemed after payment. A stay voucher can be redeemed as a package up to a year after it was issued (unless otherwise stated) and can be redeemed later as a voucher. Cash settlements are not possible.

 

 

 

 

 

INCLUDED SERVICES

All services included in packages or in the guest house are to be consumed during the stay: Meals (breakfast, dinner) included 1 x per night.

 

Furthermore, unless otherwise stated, all bookings are subject to Austrian hotel contract law:

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL ONLINE BOOKING AND VOUCHER

In the case of online vouchers, we grant a right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days from the conclusion of the contract. The right of withdrawal can only be made valid by returning the voucher with an express and written declaration of withdrawal. The voucher loses its validity and cannot be redeemed. We do not grant any right of withdrawal for online bookings. The general cancellation conditions apply here (see above).

 

VOUCHERS

All vouchers are only valid after they have been paid for. They can be redeemed up to one year after issuance, subject to availability, no cash redemption possible. We recommend an early reservation with notification of the voucher number. There may be a surcharge for redeeming a voucher on weekends or public holidays.

 

 

ERRORS AND RESERVATION

Unless otherwise stated, all prices are per person and night. Starting prices refer to the double room in the main building, subject to errors and mistakes. All images are to be understood as symbolic photos. Deviations from the pictures are possible. The Hochberghaus assumes no liability for the information, prices and availability provided. The offers are non-binding and subject to change. The content of this page can be changed or deleted by the author at any time without prior notice.

 

ALLERGENS

Information about ingredients in our food and drinks that can trigger allergies or intolerances can be obtained from our trained staff on request. The 14 main allergens are labeled in accordance with the statutory provisions (EU Food Information Regulation 1169/2011). There are also other substances that can trigger food allergies or intolerances. Despite careful preparation of our dishes, traces of other substances may be contained.
